The Cairn
Some of you may be wondering why I have the picture of the cairn on the beach as my main photo.
It's quite simple really, I loved the photo when I found it. I love the beach; I love the sense of peace and life I find near the ocean. When I'm near the water there is a transformation that happens, a settling in my spirit, and a clarity in my thinking.
There is also the fact that a cairn is a built as a remembrance and signifies important stages on a journey. As a travelling coach I take people to new places not only spirituality as they rediscover or build their sense of wellbeing, but also on a physical journey to interesting places and spaces.
Each of these experiences is an important step or landmark on the journey. So the cairn signifies this as a place of remembrance, an important step in the journey of life.
